| •Graduation marks sheet in support of having received the stipulated marks (marks sheet up to previous year/semester for candidates appearing in final year examination) to be attached by MBA and MCA students;

| •10+2 marks sheet in support of having received the stipulated marks to be attached by BBA and BCA students; |
•Class X marks sheet or Certificate of Date of Birth. |

•Entrance test score card to be attached by MBA and MCA students; and
•A demand draft for Rs.600/-only drawn in favor of SDMITM Gurgaon, payable at Gurgaon. |
