The Two year full time Masters in Business Administration curriculum design emphasizes the development to students’ skills and abilities to apply management theories and concepts to live problems in business and industry. Students are expected to achieve high standards of excellence.
Teaching methods include - lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, business games, outbound based experiential learning activities, educational excursion, role plays, simulation exercises, structured and unstructured group involving the students in learning and helping them to relate concepts and theories to business requirements.
The students also undertake several field-based projects so that they can get better insights into the workplace reality. The curriculum is revised on an ongoing basis through discussions with practicing managers from the industry to reflect current business needs.
The course is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and is offered under affiliation by Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Current intake for the program is 60 students. The two year course is divided into four semesters, with the last two semesters specifically aimed at enhancing participant’s expertise in specifics areas.
